These Terms of Use outline the rules and responsibilities that apply when you access or integrate with VisionVix. We aim to keep them clear and transparent so you can focus on building exceptional AI experiences.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VisionVix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any supplemental policies we reference. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Services overview
VisionVix provides centralized authentication, credit management, and billing services across the AI tools in our suite. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Your continued use indicates acceptance of those changes.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any API keys issued to you. Notify us immediately at security@visionvix.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Usage of credits
Purchased credits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed within the approved tools linked to your account. Credits expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with security features, or use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
6. Fees and billing
Fees are charged via Stripe based on your selected credit packages. Refunds are processed in accordance with our billing policy and any applicable local regulations.
7. Intellectual property
All VisionVix trademarks, logos, and product designs are our property. You retain all rights to your content and data made available through the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionVix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support; any outstanding balances remain due.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
